App and customer service are awful

I downloaded this app and pressed no by accident when it asked to allow location. Well apparently that question is never asked again. App has never worked. Contacted customer support who made inane suggestions and when I asked for more assistance and explained the problem I never heard back. Spend your money on a coffee instead of this app. Youll be much more satisfied!
